Professional Liability of the VBAT team: The mere fact that VBAT is a general partnership with joint responsibility prominently raises the level of responsibility of the Company. However, for further protection of the interests of the clients, VBAT has concluded the professional liability insurance agreement with the insurance company Aldagi-BCI, which covers the professional liability of all VBAT team members and thus minimizes the risks of our clients at the time of legal service.

VBAT and University

Our law firm successfully cooperates with the Tbilisi State University. Within the frames of this cooperation, since April 2006, the best postgraduate and master’s program students of the Faculty of Law are involved in the VBAT’s internship programme.

Under this very aegis is taking place an initiative of the Mayor’s Office of Tbilisi to retain back real estate in Tbilisi alienated illegally. The movement launched by the Mayor’s Office, which has already gone into a successful administrative proceedings has been based on the well-known legal conclusions made by VBAT.

It was the VBAT-carried out examination that revealed the irregularities of the privatization process contrary to the Georgian legislation and has legally substantiated a possibility of retaining back of said property by the State.
